We ship to all countries within the European Union. Currently, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the EU. If your location is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.
 

2. Delivery Options and Timelines
We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 4 to 7 business days.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2 to 4 business days.
    Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and courier availability. Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation.
     

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination, shipping method selected, and the weight of the package. Orders exceeding €1,000 qualify for free standard shipping within the EU. Any applicable shipping fees will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your purchase.
 

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to reflect on the courier’s website. If you encounter issues with tracking your order, contact us at support@witabag.com.
 

5. Delivery Issues
If your package is delayed, please allow up to 7 additional business days for delivery before contacting us. In cases of lost or damaged shipments, please notify us immediately. We will liaise with the courier to resolve the issue. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
 

6. Address Accuracy
Ensure that your shipping address is complete and accurate to avoid delivery delays. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
 

7. International Shipping (EU Only)
All shipments within the EU comply with OSS (One-Stop Shop) VAT regulations. VAT is calculated and included in the total price displayed at checkout based on the shipping destination.
